Driftless Drifters Group Drive
Where: Spring Green, WI
When: September 25-26
Description: Here’s your chance to explore the Driftless Region (Southwestern Wisconsin and into the bordering states) and drive some of the best roads in America. Plan on arriving in Spring Green, WI, our base for the weekend, Friday evening to meet up with other BMW owners from across the Midwest. Tires will be kicked and tales will be told!
Saturday morning select one of four routes to explore. Head north for the Tail of the Cow, Wildcat Mountain and the Mindoro Cut. Head east for the Merrimac Ferry, Baraboo, and the Forevertron. Head south to visit New Glarus. Head west to visit Galena. Any route you choose will take you through gorgeous countryside, interesting sites and fun roads. Sunday will be fond farewells and tapping those routes for your drives home.

State Fair Walking Rally
Where: State Fairgrounds, Des Moines
When: 6:00PM Wednesday, August 12
Description: Meet at 6:00 for dinner at Stockman’s Inn, then first foot off at 7:00 for a fast-paced tour of the fairgrounds to collect the answers in a scavenger hunt. A chance to see many of the State Fair attractions without all the crowds or an entry fee!

Iowa Cubs
Where: Principal Park, Des Moines
When: Sunday, July 12
Description: Our annual trip to see the Iowa Cubs in action, this time against the St. Paul Saints. We’ll have 2 connected skyboxes, and tickets are $20/person. Food/beverage is on your own. Buy tickets via payment to sent to treasurer Rick Talbot at the club mailbox, PO Box 42113, Urbandale, IA 50323, or through our PayPal account: Iowa Chapter BMW Club. Tickets will be sent to you electronically. Hurry – limited remaining seats!
